Job Title: Accounts Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

  • - Handle invoices, receipts, payment entries, and account reconciliations.
  • - Coordinate vendor bills, purchase records, and supporting documentation.
  • - Maintain accurate records for audits, reporting, and internal reviews.

Finance Support:

  • - Assist with monthly closing, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.
  • - Coordinate with operations and procurement teams for finance-related inputs.

Job Expectations:

Accuracy:

  • - Strong attention to detail in entries, records, and reconciliations.
  • - Good understanding of accounting processes, taxation basics, and documentation.

Systems:

  • - Comfortable using accounting software, spreadsheets, and reporting formats.
  • - Able to maintain confidentiality and handle finance workflows responsibly.
