Position Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
- - Handle invoices, receipts, payment entries, and account reconciliations.
- - Coordinate vendor bills, purchase records, and supporting documentation.
- - Maintain accurate records for audits, reporting, and internal reviews.
Finance Support:
- - Assist with monthly closing, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.
- - Coordinate with operations and procurement teams for finance-related inputs.
