Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design concepts, guide client presentations, and coordinate execution-ready details for residential and commercial interiors.

Responsibilities:

Design Development:

  • - Create mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and detailed design concepts.
  • - Develop design drawings and coordinate revisions with clients and internal teams.
  • - Review site conditions and ensure design intent is carried through execution.

Client and Team Coordination:

  • - Lead client discussions, presentations, and design walkthroughs.
  • - Guide junior designers through documentation, detailing, and project milestones.
  • - Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and site teams for smooth delivery.

Job Expectations:

Design Leadership:

  • - Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, finishes, and furniture detailing.
  • - Ability to manage multiple design workstreams with clarity and ownership.

Documentation:

  • - Prepare accurate drawings, schedules, and specifications for execution.
  • - Maintain organized project documentation and revision history.
